This was the start of a great friendship. This San Diego inspired IPA is brewed with the renowned “Aiyama” Sake Rice and fresh Yuzu peel from Japan. The hops used in this exotic brew are Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial for dry hopping, with White Labs California Ale yeast for fermentation. 7.0% ABV, 65 IBU's WEST TO EAST IPA is now an all-year offering!
